10k and 5k runs and walk through the exclusive park land of Munden House and the neighbouring oak woodlands.

10k and 5k runs and walks through these ancient, enchanted woodlands, on the doorstep of South East London, a magical sylvan oasis in an urban jungle! The start and finish are at the race HQ and refreshments area so friends and family of runners can watch and show their support whilst enjoying a drink or a snack in this wonderful woodland venue.

10k and 5k runs and walks along the River Wey and through a beautiful nature reserve.This event has established itself in the calendar as a fun family day out but continues to attract serious runners for a suitably challenging race.
